With well over 30 years of experience under his belt—and still crushing—he has plenty of wisdom to share. In this video, Eric offers five training exercises that can help you develop a stronger core.

Exercise summary
1. Ab rollout
- 3 sets of 6-12 reps, 3-minute rest in between sets
2. Windshield wipers
- 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps, 3-minute rest in between sets
3. Superman
- 2 sets, alternating for a total of 20 reps, 3-minute rest
4. Front lever
- 3 sets of 3-5 reps, 2-3 seconds on each side
5. Dumbbell snatch
- 2 sets of 5-10 repetitions, 3-minute rest in between sets
