Watch as Anna Stöhr and Edu Marin team up to climb Fiesta De Los Biceps (7a), a classic line located in Northern Spain’s Mallos de Riglos. This historic route spans a massive steep wall covered in conglomerate pebbles—and as you might imagine from the title, this climb requires significant physical, bouldery finesse.
You’ll also hear the fascinating memories from the climber who first soloed this route in 1989; an unthinkable feat for most climbers, including both Anna and Edu.
It’s a very dangerous route to free solo … because of the rock, it’s exposed and insecure … a hold could easily break.
