Even the great Adam Ondra has run into some trouble with injuries while trying to train for the upcoming Olympics. Using both Eastern and Western medicine, Adam has taken an open-minded approach to recovery. In a previous video featuring Adam, he met with a physical therapist to learn exercises for relieving muscle and joint pain.
