For a total of 40 days and 40 nights, the Petzl RocTrip crew has been caravaning its way through five countries, across 2000km, occupying 10 basecamps, and climbing at over 30 crags across Eastern Europe.

This episode—set in the single and multi-pitch sport climbing paradise of Meteora, Greece—features climbers Mélissa Le Névé, Sean Villanueva, Charlotte Durif, and local crushers, Vangelis Batsios and Christos Batalogiannis. Together, at the 6th base camp of the Petzl RocTrip, they explore some of the 700 immaculate routes that span this unique conglomerate rock found in this area, “which the ancient Orthodox Christians believed had been sent from heaven for the hermit monks.”

The climbing is really technical and tricky … It’s a bit like walking on eggshells.
