This week’s Friday Flick Pick returns to Albert Ok. Thanks to Albert’s new videos, even the most hardcore outdoor rock climbers are taking an interest in the intricacies of competition climbing. This week we’re sharing Albert’s description of the dab. The dab is the one move you pulled in a moment of exhaustion, and it haunts you to this day. The move you didn’t even know had a name.

A dab is a term used in bouldering for accidentally touching the ground, crashpad, spotter or another route while trying to ascend a route, and which might have helped the climber.
