The Beal Ice Line 8.1mm Gold Dry Rope is a half rope for ice and alpine Climbing. The thin 8.1mm diameter means you’ve got less to drag up the mountain (only 39g/meter), while still maintaining the strength you need for safety. The UNICORE Technology ensures the sheath is super durable, abrasion resistant and allows you to still escape in case of a cut at the sheath along the line. The Golden Dry finish allows less than 2% water absorption, and remains flexible, regardless if you’re making your way through rain, ice, or Snow.
